Boicucanga getaway

Pleasant staff, great location. Aetna Praia was just right for the last 3 days of a 11 day road trip. Very lowkey, easy walk across the street to the beach and staff was always available.

O Hotel em si não é ruim. É administrado de forma a visar apenas lucro, sem pensar no bem estar do hóspede, mesmo porque você nem mesmo é tratado como cliente. Reservei o hotel com 5 meses de antecedência para passar o Natal com o meu filho de 20 anos, conversei diretamente com o responsável do hotel antes de efetivar a reserva via site da Hoteis.com, e nada do que foi combinado fora cumprido. Informei que devido problemas de saúde, necessitávamos ficar num quarto bem arejado e sem livre de cheiro de mofo. Nos colocaram num quarto sem qualquer ventilação e com cheiro muito forte de mofo. Tentei trocar de ambiente, mas infelizmente, a alta administração é extremamente relutante. Os funcionários seguem as regras impostas, não puderam nos ajudar. Tudo de trivial oferecido pelo hotel, era chamado de "cortesia", e qualquer solicitação, mesmo que uma simples aveia no café da manhã e iogurte desnatado, sendo que ofereciam granola (a qual possuo restrição), era visto como exceção e não fora providenciado. Sou diabética e meu filho sofre de rinite e sinusite. Retornamos da viagem e entramos imediatamente em tratamento médico. Já sabíamos que a localização do hotel não era boa, mas possui fácil acesso para as demais praias da região de São Sebastião, as quais são lindíssimas. A ceia de Natal fornecida foi boa, com várias opções saborosas. Entretanto, não foi uma boa opção este hotel para as nossas férias de Natal. Decepcionante pela falta de EMPATIA do proprietário.

Ótima experiência

Gostei bastante, os funcionários são atenciosos, os quartos são limpos de porta aberta pelas camareiras. O único ponto de atenção é que em uma das vezes que o manobrista trouxe o carro ele estava com a máscara abaixada. De resto, foi tudo ótimo. Eles tem serviço de praia e permitem que os hóspedes levem cooler para a praia.

É um ótimo hotel, com atendimento na praia e equipe mto solicita e educada. Mas a acustica é bem ruim. Vc acorda com pessoas falando no quarto do lado! Só isso poderiam melhorar.

Já é a minha segunda vez nesse hotel e não tenho nenhum ponto negativo. O hotel é o que promete nas fotos, frente mar, atendimento maravilhoso, variedade no café da manhã (que vai até as 11h!), quartos e banheiros amplos, com atendimento no bar da piscina e na praia. Recomendo sem dúvidas. E voltarei novamente.

Ótimo custo benefício e serviço prestado

Hotel muito bom em excelente localização na Praia de Boiçucanga. Oferece um ótimo café da manhã e serviço de praia com guarda-sol e cadeiras e possibilidade de pedir porções no hotel e o garçom leva até a praia. Só deixou a desejar as condições do banheiro pois durante o banho vazava água de dentro do box para fora pelo chão (Quarto 103).
