The room was nice, new and clean. The internet was fast enough (at least from the 3rd floor). Breakfast is better in other Mercure in the city but also good. Overall a good hotel for a business trip. Close to Av. Paulista and a lot of shopping malls.
With the time I have a feeling that the Accor Hotels are getting worst. No service included! U Must pay for everything! Pool and fitness room are small and not good. The breakfast is expensive and not good. The localization is strange! Between big avenues, uber never find u ! Price is high for the service and quality!
Never been before. Usually stay at Mercure Times Square. Have a good gym, all rooms have been refurbished. Nice staff. Would stay again if I can't book the Times Square. Nothing wrong with the hotel just like the neighborhood of the Times Square. A good option and a plus is that a subway station is nearby.
Located next to Paraiso's subway station, a great way to access Sao Paulo's attractions. Bars and local commerce are efficient. About a 20-minute walk to Paulista Avenue, Orthodox Church and easy access to 23 de maio Avenue.
The Room was clean. Location is very good. Breakfast was good. Room Service was impecable. Room cards needed to be activeted a few times, but in most of time the Service was percfect. I'll indicated ti to friends.
great location. Spacious and environment division room. Proximity to the subway. Good restaurants, bars and bakeries nearby. Taxi fast and punctual. ....attentive staff. . Rapidez no balcão . Excelent Hotel .
The location is good and convenient however the hotel doesn't have noise proof windows and it is close the bus stop it is very hard to sleep. I had issue with my car in the valet parking that cause me a headache and I had to argue with the front desk
My friend and I were delayed in arriving in Sao Paulo: our flight from Miami was cancelled, so we arrived about 12 hours later than we had intended. The hotel staff was very helpful when I called from MIami to inform them we'd be late: they said no problem holding our rooms until we arrived. We were so tired and grateful when we did at last arrive, and the rooms were beautiful and nicely appointed. Good wifi, great hot showers and comfortable beds. The view was nice overlooking the surprisingly quiet (at night) neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was nicely varied. There is a rooftop pool, too. The hotel is a couple blocks from one end of Av. Paulista, and there are plenty of decent restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the Paraiso Metro subway station right there. The front desk personnel were very helpful, and although not all of them spoke any English, there was always someone who could help us despite our beginner's Portuguese mastery. All in all, a very good value.
The room was exactly the way i was expecting. The Front Desk was under renovation but it didn`t compromised the access. The rooms ar fully renovated with a nice decoration and comfortable large (very large btw) beds. All the amenities needed was quickly attended. I stayed at a high room in facing the front street, although some reviews complain about the noisy street, it was fixed just closing the windows. The check in and check out experience doesn't complied with reservation website promises. They said that Online Check in is good for you to have your keys as soon as you arrive, ready for you and no need to wait at the check out but it doesn't worked. I had to wait for the desk man to make the whole process of check in and check out, he was very quickly actually. There's a Metro station 1 block from the hotel. The breakfast it's ok but don't worth what it costs.
We were on a month long business trip in Sao Paulo and Mercure was just excellent in Service, location and value for money. Very kind staff and speak very good English. Renovated rooms were spacious with new furniture and a view of Cathedral from balcony. Not far from Paulista, Sao Paulo's high street and located at 2 min walking distance from Paraiso subway station and probably better way to get wherever you want in Sao Paulo, considering traffic SP's bustling streets. Fitness center is also good. Junior was one of the guys at reception who was very kind with all the knowledge about attractions in the city, nightlife and all of Brazil. Overall very good experience staying in Mercure Paraiso.
