Excellent hotel for our conference business. Staff are friendly and helpful, restaurant is very good, and the small bar area was perfect for meeting colleagues for a night cap. Wifi works well and is hassle free. Rooms are nice and up to business class standards. Only complaint: the elevator security cards are a bit tricky to use and the doors close too quickly.
Depends on the day and the staff if you get excellent or inferior service Kinda like playing Brazilian roulette Good location and ok facilities Issue is lean management and lack of attention to serving customers Lots of fine dining and shopping options near bye Embassies in that part of sp
Remodelated spacious rooms. Offers parking in the building for reasonable price (R$ 18/night). The staff was okay, good breakfast options. Very nice location, close to a lot of restaurants and only 2 blocks from Paulista Avenue.
Standard hotel, standard rooms, breakfast ok, but service is poor. At the lobby they're don't know what a smile is, at restaurant they are slow, and don't know what service means, and rooms are rather small and the shower even more
The hotel is well located and has a nice patio The lobby has a rather simple modern decoration The check-in was easy and relatively fast The room are clean but the decoration is outdated The bed is rather comfortable Internet Wifi is not superfast but it works well throughout the hotel The beakfast is a simple affair small buffet with the nice touch of a Nespresso machine Overall a well run place pull down by its outdated rooms
We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. Comfortable and spacious squared rooms with plenty of windows, very comfortable beds and pillows, wifi worked great, the A/C worked great, nice hot water. We especially liked the heated indoor pool with an outdoor terrace area and the clean gym. Lobby is very modest but there is also a nice upstairs lounge area adjacent to the pool/workout room. I would say room for improvement: We ordered room service twice- first night food was great, second time not so good. The carpet in the hallway looks a bit soiled and worn which gives it a dated look. The hotel staff could be more welcoming & friendly. We would definately stay here again!

Perhaps this hotel has been good one day, but today the furniture is very old Staff does not give priority of their actions to customers Swimming pool is closed in January ! Wifi is weak also Breakfast is good
Stayed in December for 2 nights as tourists. Check in was smooth and as we were before the check in time we were able to store our luggage in a safe place whilst we went sightseeing. Staff were helpful and there always seem to be somebody on reception which could speak English. Good, safe location walking distance to the popular Paulista Avenue, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a Metro stop. In the other direction about 5 blocks away is Rua Oscar Freire where there are more shops and restaurants. The room on the top floor was spacious, well appointed with a good view. Clean with a comfortable bed, fridge and coffee making facilities, good air-conditioning and strong wifi. Bathroom was similarly clean with a rain shower. Due to time constraints didn’t use the gym or the pool (looked quite small and shallow). Excellent buffet breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food. If you want a modern hotel in a safe area to explore Sao Paulo you cant go wrong here.
I spent 3 nights here in December 2016. The location was good - after researching on safer neighbourhoods in SP. The hotel is smaller than I expected, but found the beds to be comfortable and modern bedroom. The bathrooms are not as modern though, but decent. No problems with hot water - shower was good. Breakfast selection was acceptable even for people with dietary restrictions. Lots of fresh fruit daily; plenty of hot stuff; and breads. Nice selection of juices too, and Nespresso coffee (older machines). The only thing I was felt was deceptive was the claim of "360 views of the city" from the pool/gym area. It was basically on the level above the ground, so it was blocked by buildings. Don't expect panoramic views of the city. Receptionist spoke in English and was friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. For those wondering about plug points - it's the standard 2 pin across Europe, and Africa (as a South African this was a concern for me, didn't need adaptors). They offer free WiFi too.
