Péssimo hotel

O café da manhã é o mesmo de sempre, sobras das sobras de todos os dias. Fizeram questão por causa de uma balança. Quartos sujos com cheiro de cigarro. Enfim. Não volto e não recomendo a ninguém. Uma vergonha isso para o hotel. Fazer questão por qualquer coisa com o hóspede.

Deixou a desejar!!!

O hotel estava fechado então fomos transferidas para o Normandie, o que na teoria seria bom pois o hotel é um pouco melhor. O quarto estava ótimo, porém o atendimento foi inferior ao que eu estou acostumada nesse hotel. O café da manhã estava uma negação... Para quem dispunha até de champanhe dessa vez achamos um bolo caseiro, alguns pães e bolachas... Nada do que estávamos acostumadas nesse hotel... Sei que o período é de economia e redução de custos devido a pandemia, mas isso não se traduziu no valor pago pela estadia que foi o valor normalmente pago... Queria o mesmo atendimento e condições de hospedagem e nada aquém do que de costume pelo valor pago.

Falta gestão de qualidade

O Hotel que reservei estava fechado fomos direcionados para outro hotel a 50 metros de distancia, que a principio parecia otimo mas havia um asfaltamento na rua santa Efigenia durante a noite com diversas maquinas trabalhando nos 2 dias que ficmos , dificil de dormir com o barulho alem de nos colocar em um apartamento no 3⁰ andar o que aumentava demais o barulho. A obra foi programada pela prefeitura eles poderiam ter nos colocado em outro hotel da rede ja que o hotel reservado estava fechado. Pessima gestao .

Minha estadia no hotel não pude dormir, pois as 05h da manhã tem muitos ambulantes já gritando embaixo do hotel. Café da manhã e excelente, estacionamento muito longe. Precisa tbm de um blackout melhor na janela.

Satisfação!.

O Hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo. Estação Luz e São Bento. Próximo a 25 de Março, Av Paulista, Brás e Liberdade " Bairro dos Japoneses". Funcionários extremamente prestativos e simpáticos. Ponto de táxi na porta do hotel. Minha única reclamação foi o colchão. Tenho problemas sérios de coluna e pra mim foi horrível, pedi pra trocar e assim fui atendido. Não resolveu meu problema 100% mais minimizou meu problema com as dores. Fora isso, voltaria com o maior prazer ao hotel. Abraços a todos os funcionários.

Péssima estadia.

Colocaram nos em um quarto muito ruim,terceiro andar um barulho na rua a noite toda, quarto cheirava a mofo com paredes umedecidas. Banheiro com uma cortina de plástico e uma coluna no chuveiro onde não cabe uma pessoa. Péssima estadia.

Ótima localização e custo benefício

Excelente hotel, aparentemente passou por uma reforma, quartos confortáveis, Wi-Fi muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso. Já tinha ficado aqui antes, e retornei agora. Funcionários super atenciosos e educados, em especial ao Filipe, Wagner e a dona Sônia, que é a senhora que arruma os quarto, é um amor de pessoa. E todos os outros que não lembro o nome agora. Cheguei no hotel pro check-in com duas horas de antecedência e prontamente eles liberaram o quarto, sem nenhum dor de cabeça, a noite pedi mais dois travesseiros e cobertores e imediatamente levaram até o quarto. Enfim super recomendo o hotel, excelente custo benefício pra quem quer ficar próximo ao centro.
