Quarto relativamente limpo, banheiro com reboco soltando, toalha parece pano de prato! Aquelas de 1,99. Luz da sala não acende e controle da TV não funciona. Agora pior de tudo tem placas espalhadas pelo apartamento todo dizendo o que não pode fazer, desagradável e desnecessário, até porque ninguém vai fazer ou deixar de fazer apenas lendo as placas.

A estadia foi curta e tranquila, pontos a repensar: roupa de cama muito fina para dias que o frio está forte como essa semana passamos frio, travesseiros extremamente desconfortaveis, chuveiro é péssimo a água não sai em uma direção uniforme então o banho é desagradável trocaria o chuveiro ou faria a limpeza do mesmo deve estar entupido. O ambiente estava organizando e limpo.

Bom e bem localizado.

O apartamento é super bem localizado. No check in tive um pequeno problema com a geladeira. Ela congelou e não pude usar. Mas o responsável resolveu logo no dia seguinte. Eu trocaria apenas a mobília do banheiro que já está estufada e cobraria isso no valor da diária. O imóvel é muito bom. Mas falta apenas esse detalhe pra ser 100%.

Propriedade bem localizada, perto da estação de trem, farmácia, supermercado. O que deixo de sugestão é a troca das panelas, ja bem gastas, e encontramos prato que nao estava bem limpo. Faltava faca e tabua de cortar carne, fiz a.solitacao e fui prontamente atendida
