Great duplex penthouse with panoramic views over the entire city of São Paulo, located in Vila Madalena, very close to banks, bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants.

Apartment recently decorated in a super modern design, with an ideal room to receive one or two guests for long or short stays.

The building is very safe and modern, has a 24 hour doorman and parking.

The bedroom has elegant LED lighting, a spacious wardrobe with three mirrored sliding doors and a double bed with a pocket spring mattress and very comfortable.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with a fridge, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker.

The living room has a very comfortable "old chap" leather sofa with a 40 inch smart TV and 100 mega Wifi internet.

On the outside of the penthouse with ample space, we have a table and two chairs with an umbrella, as well as a super comfortable lounger.

The towels and sheets are of excellent quality, always clean and smelling waiting for you.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
