Comfortably accommodates twenty guests (or more) overnight and up to fifty people for working shopping.
The house contains a cinematic profile offering an eclectic and very inspiring variety for conducting visual rehearsals and organizing workshops for photographers. It is an ideal space for all categories and photographic genres!
The house contains 650 square meters consisting of four suites with balcony, two with hydromassage, one with panoramic views of the mountains, and the other overlooking the woods and faces of the house overlooking the lake, the gourmet space, the pool and all site landscaping.
There are two living rooms with fireplace, smart tv, blu ray, home theater, cable tv and surround sound, a reading room with balcony facing the rainforest, a dining room and a dining balcony overlooking the mountain.
It has a full kitchen with all necessary utensils as well as a dishwasher and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Steam room with shower and rest area with games room equipped with pool and foosball.
Outdoor gourmet space complete with surround sound, barbecue, guest toilet, hot shower, smart cable tv, rustic table for ten people, granite tasting counter, 80,000 liter pool with surround sound and custom, remote lighting, koi pond with waterfall and custom lighting throughout the house can be accessed through the app downloaded on any mobile phone.
