Parking for 1 car, amount charged per day, R$ 32.00. (For use, it is necessary to go to the reception);
We accept medium-sized PET, charged per reservation, R$ 50.00; (Following the condominium rules);

Regarding PET's, which are part of our internal regulation:
- Pets cannot be alone in the apartments;
- The cleaning service can only be carried out without the presence of the pets. A fortuitous case, an emergency can be analyzed, but must be communicated for authorization;
- Pets that are more agitated, we appreciate that barking is avoided;
- Important: our team does not remove the pet's waste, which we appreciate your understanding and collaboration.

In the common areas of the condominium we have 24h reception, elevators, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and parking.

Count on Xtay technology, download the Xtay application from the PlayStore or AppleStore to complete the check-in registration, then activate your bluetooth, click on the "Tap to Open" button and bring your device close to the building and apartment locks to open.

If it is not possible to activate your bluetooth, the access password provided by the application can be typed into the lock to open the door.
