Conforto, bom atendimento e excelente café da manh

A estadia na Awara Pousada foi muito agradável e confortável. Apesar de não termos conseguido fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto, o processo foi rápido e eficiente, com destaque para a recepcionista, sempre atenciosa e simpática. O quarto surpreendeu positivamente: espaçoso, bem iluminado e muito bem equipado, com ar condicionado, frigobar, TV e até uma máquina de café. A cama era grande e confortável, com lençóis macios que garantiram uma ótima noite de sono. Um ponto alto da experiência foi a área externa — a piscina mesmo em frente ao quarto, com espreguiçadeiras e uma rede na varanda, proporcionou momentos relaxantes. O café da manhã foi excelente: grande variedade de frutas frescas, sucos naturais, omeletes e tapiocas feitos na hora, além de bolos caseiros e pães deliciosos. As funcionárias Brenda e Josi merecem elogios pelo atendimento simpático e eficiente. Outro ponto positivo foi o estacionamento gratuito, o que nos deu bastante comodidade durante a estadia. Recomendamos a Awara Pousada para quem procura conforto, boa estrutura e um atendimento acolhedor.

POUSADA DIFERENCIADA E MUITO CONFORTO

Pousada diferenciada , pois as acomodações são chales, e n a pousada possui 10 chalés, todos de frente para a piscina que rodeia as acomodações, que são espaçosas e a que fiquei tinha hidro. Gostei muito da tranquilidade, da vegetação, do atendimento, do café da manhã. Eu recomendo

A estadia foi muito boa. Quarto confortável, limpo, amplo. Roupas de cama confortáveis. Piscina muito boa. Faltou mais profissionalismo no atendimento. Eram educados porém não explicarem nada sobre a estadia. Nunca tinha ninguém no restaurante , sempre tínhamos que ir até a recepção perguntar sobre a atendente, me disseram que estava atrasada, isso aconteceu em todos os dias que estávamos lá . E os funcionários não usavam fardamentos, era difícil saber se era funcionário ou não. É um lugar de potencial.
