Checking in was the most horrendous experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life they took copies of my drivers license credit card passport made me fill out numerous documents and I’ve already prepaid for the room absolute terrible customer service. Also the bed had no blanket sheet only and two very small pillows nice clean place, but the amenities were horrible and the customer service is worse. I would not recommend it if you were an American or any foreigner.

Fiquei surpresa ao saber que nao havia café incluído nesse hotel. Ao filtrar no hoteis.com eu selecionei os hoteis que ofereciam café, mas nao estava claro qje que deveria ser pago a parte. 30 reais por pessoa, café bem fraco, e eles recolhem tudo as 9h59. Poderia ter pago um pouco mais com café em outro local. O chuveiro do quarto que nos colocaram era minúsculo, fora dos padrões, e nao existem colchas, apenas lençois nos quartos. Paga ter colcha precis pagar. Fora esses inconvenientes, a equipe foi prestativa e a localização e eram boa.

O check-in tinha apenas uma funcionária na recepção o que conturbou e demorou um pouco, embora fizemos o novo pré-check-in antes. Quarto sempre limpo. Equipe de funcionários prestativos. Se atentem café da manhã disponível, não incluído (foi ai que não me atentei). Os funcionários do restaurante sempre de cara fechada e poucos solícitos. Café a parte - R$30 reais por pessoa, razoável a variedade. Não fornecem toalha de rosto, somente de banho e nem cobertor (fazem locação da coberta). Mas, deduzimos que deve ser tradição da região, pois outros hotéis também não fornecem. Tem frigobar vazio, para vc utilizar, mas não tem copos. O restaurante sede copo plástico, se for pedir. o banheiro é pequeno demais, limita-se ao espaço da privada e quase a mesma dimensão para o box, super apertado. A pia fica para fora do banheiro, no quarto. Resumindo, a estrutura é razoavelmente nova e bem limpa, acho que isso importa mais do que não ter alguns itens. Somente quarto duplo, tive que locar 2 quartos um para mim e meu marido e outro para meu filho, maior de idade. Não sei como acomodam quem tem criança, apesar de não ter visto criança no hotel.

Li algumas avaliaçoes e achei exagero.. Mas o banheiro é realmente muuuuiitttto pequeno.. E, no caso do apto 701, é escuro. A iluminaçao parece estar com defeito. Atençao que o café é pago à parte no local, valor de R$ 30,00. No mais, o hotel é aceitável.
