Hotel bom…novo. Tem pouco mais de um mês de inaugurado. Um detalhe ruim foi que já existia um hotel da Rede Andrade na cidade chamado SLZ LAGOA. Daí a Rede tirou o LAGOA desse hotel e colocou no novo hotel, causando meio que uma confusão. Eu por exemplo fiz a reserva pra um hotel e na hora do checkin era no outro hotel. Um hotel (o mais antigo) que tinha o nome de SLZ LAGOA virou somente SLZ e o outro hotel (o novo) deram o nome de LAGOA. Poderiam ter deixando o antigo com o nome LAGOA e o novo com o nome SLZ. Até porque o antigo fica na beirada da lagoa, e novo não. Se eu soubesse que havia tido essa mudança, teria optado pelo hotel que fica de fato na lagoa. A mudança nos nomes causou esse mal estar. Ainda mais que a reserva era pra uma pessoa que já havia ficado no antigo hotel SLZ LAGOA e preferia ficar no mesmo hotel, sendo obrigada a ir pra o hotel novo.
