Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, o lugar é bonito e tranquilo. Contudo, quando reservei, escolhi este hotel pelas opções de lazer, como academia, sauna, trilha, horta… e chegando lá a academia era um negócio privado à parte do hotel, ou seja, o hotel em si não tem academia. A horta, pomar e trilha achamos mal cuidados, quase que abandonados, e a sauna estava em manutenção… gostamos da estadia, mas achei o preço muito alto para o que o hotel realmente oferece, cerca de 900 reais a diária. Ficaria de novo, se fosse pela metade do valor.

Pelo segundo ano me hospedei no Vila Chico, este ano me surpreendeu em virtude de terem me enviado opções de passeios uma semana antes da minha hospedagem para que3u pudesse me organizar, na véspera da mimja chegada também enviaram mensagem de boas vindas col mapa de localização do hotel, isto sem dúvidas é um tratamento diferenciado ao hospede. Limpeza do quarto excelente, cama confortável e utensílios de cozinha que atendem as necessidades desta proposta de estadia. Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e gentis. Só tenho uma ressalva quanto ao café da manhã, precisa melhorar, mas o restante, são só elogios.

Lugar tranquilo e familiar

Chalé bem confortável! Encontramos tudo organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Na pequena cozinha podemos fazer lanches e coisas fáceis. Tinha uma sanduicheira, além do microondas e utensílios. Café da manhã bem gostoso com o famoso pão de queijo e outras variedades. Na piscina pudemos descansar e fomos muito bem atendidos.

Excelente hotel a 2 kms do Parque das Águas de São Lourenço,na verdade é um sitio com inúmeras espécies de aves cantando, Tucanos e Maritacas livres a voar, a noite o silêncio para um bom sono,adoramos a Vila nos deram total atenção em tudo o que precisamos, Chalés muito bem equipados,agradecemos a família Vila Chico por nos receberem tão bem em sua propriedade,com certeza recomdamos a Vila !

Estadia excelente. Chalé superconfortável, com pequena cozinha com fogao, microondas, pratos, talheres e frigobar. Café da manhã muito bom mesmo. (destaque para o pão de queijo feito na hora com parmesão). Outro ponto de destaque é o atendimento, simpatia e acolhimento do pessoal do Vila Chico. Tudo fácil e sempre pronto a ajudar. Resumo: Vale muito a pena. Quando voltarmos a São Lourenço, certamente nos hospedaremos na Vila Chico. Recomendamos.
