The property is on the beach block close to everything, in this street we have all kinds of shops available such as: bakery, market, bars, pharmacy, butcher, among others. Public transport at the door to various points in the marshland. Next to the Municipal Aquarium, Fisheries Museum, Santos Wall with a beautiful view of the maritime traffic. Easy access to the fish market, farry boat to Guarujá. The city has one of the most beautiful edges of the Baixada, not to mention the traditional and famous fireworks display of the turn.
