Flat excelente, limpo, organizado, todos utensilios necessarios funcionarios maravilhosos educados e atenciosos. Otima localização, frente a praia, proximo de restaurantes, mercados, farmacias, não precisa usar carro é por no estacionamento e esquecer dele. Pontos negativos do flat, internet pessima, wifi não conecta no modem do apartamento, foi passo utilizar de outros flets que era intermitente, ate a TV trava, se for trabalha ou realizar trabalhos de faculdade não dá da para fazer, ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando, acionado manutenção de imediato, porem o rapaz da manutenção comunicou que o ar ligava porem não gela, apenas ventilava e fazia muito barulho, fui orientado ausar o ar da sala no 15º e ver se melhorava no quarto, a porta principal não funciona trava de segurança. Mas para minha familia foi pequenos detalhes que não mudou nossos dias de paz, descanço e alegria. Gratião.
