The building is in a great location, 100 meters from the beach on canal 6, in front of the Municipal Aquarium (a place most visited by tourists). The apartment has 48 m2, furnished, garage and very cozy. Fit 4 people in the apartment. It is an airy and spacious property. In the building has a rooftop party room, which, it is possible to have a great view of the pyrotechnic show in the New Year. It also has a bike rack and a garden for family reunion / friends.

You have to bring bed linen and bath towels.
