Great resort. Food not the top but good. Great place to lay back with family or just a get away from the fast pace action of other resorts. Amazing coffee shop included in your room price. What I did not like was enough Keto style food.

Hotel is in a beautiful location with a spacious and clean beach. There are bar and restaurants right on the beach with a large variety of food and drinks. Hotel has huge and very clean swimming pool, private pool and jacuzzi in the adult only area. Buffet and a la carte restaurants offer delicious food and amazing high class service. The rooms are modern and clean, no issues at all. Staff is very friendly and professional, and attentive. Hotel has picturesque landscaping with flamingos, beautiful plants and exotic fish ponds.

The resort overall is amazing. Smaller than other ones I’ve been to, but quality over quantity. The employees are awesome from the moment you walk in, up until the moment you leave. There were a few employees that stood out to me, with over the top service. Luis from the Bambu restaurant. Always made sure we were being serviced and entertained during our dinner. Vladimir from the pool bar by building 9. Every time he will go out of his way to walk to our beach chairs and make sure we are good on drinks and asking if we needed anything else. Juan Carlos from Lolita’s restaurant. He helped us with our reservations and walked us to our seats. Always kept conversation. He also was worried about my small cough and offered Dominican home remedies that can help. Kelvis by the main pool bar. He was awesomeeee. We were in the private pool next to building 4. He was go out of his way to make sure he brought us our drinks (which wasnt the best walk). After we ordered our drinks twice, he would come with our new drinks right before we were finished with our current ones. The entertainment team is awesome! Always tried to keep us entertained all day. My favorite one this trip was Mister Emotions. The guys and employees made the show extra fun and funny. I will never forget, “wowwww” lol. I just wish there was a LITTLE more variety with the food inside the buffet. Besides that, 5 stars from me! THANK YOU!

They won't let you in until 3PM. Not even a soft drink is available during the long wait. Room has small TV, did not have a garbage bin, and no toilet paper. Safe number pad was missing and no how to use instructions. Pina Colada appeared like a juice. Machines did not keep it frosty. Lunch was poor. Service at the buffet restaurant very slow. Oregano restaurant was excellent. Night show was super. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, i give this property 3 star. I will not return.

Registration process took forever...Horrible how we would lose power at any given time..which meant no air conditioning & no lights..some bathrooms could be cleaner...Control of the flies circulating the buffet areas was a big concern. Another thing i did not like was unable to have clean beach & pool towels daily....

The resort was beautiful and the food and staff were great people just have to remember that check in is at 330 pm cool experiance

The check-in experience at this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. On the first day I checked-in to the hotel, my girlfriend decided to join me for the day so I asked the hotel to add an additional adult for one day. My Orbitz itinerary stated the fee for an extra adult as $58.00 per day, but the Hotel manager told me they will not honor that amount and told me that I needed to pay their full price. When I showed them my Orbitz itinerary, they became very rude and said they would not honor it. They told me that I needed to contact Orbitz, but I will not be able to do so because they were closed for the day. I tried calling Orbitz anyways, and a customer rep answered the phone. I had to call Orbitz twice because the cell phone reception was very bad at that hotel and kept cutting me off. Orbitz told me that they would give me $25 credit that I could apply for my next trip so I paid the hotel full price to add my girlfriend. Later when I checked my Orbitz account I did not see any pending credit issued.

It definitely could use some updates and caulking in the bathrooms but for a really cheap rate you get all meals and alcohol, private beach, activities and excursions, 3 a la carte restaurants and some flamingos. Hard to beat the value for money but it is a 3.8 star dominican, NOT a 3.8 American so if you can see past a little chipped tile you will have fun and get a bargain. The entertainment staff tries to make you smile all day every day and there’s something for everyone. Ocean divers on the private beach brings the bus to you and gives every level of activity from snorkeling to wreck diving. Go now!
