Excellent location,beautiful ocean views BUT.........

Arrived at property at 14.15 and there was no electricity. After checking the fusebox reported problem to property manager.She arrived at 20.30 with an electrician while we were sitting in the dark with a small torch and thinking we would need to try to book in to the local hotel. Electrician got electrics back on from somewhere else on the complex. Reported to the property manager that the ensuite toilet didn't flush and plumber came out to fix it the next day. Three light bulbs were out in lounge and dining area. We felt that the property had not been checked prior to our arrival.Whilst the toilets,showers and washbasins in both bathrooms have been upgraded the grout in the floor tiles need refreshing as they give a grubby appearance.The information file was years out of date and needs updating and should include instructions on how to use the electric appliances such as tv,cooker hob and washing machine.On the plus side the ocean views are beautiful and we found the bed large and comfortable. A top price is being charged for this apartment but we did not feel that we had a top price experience.
