This lovely property features 3 bedrooms with a comfortable mix of queen, full, bunk, and twin beds—perfect for accommodating families and groups. It offers modern amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, an emergency generator, 24-hour security, and laundry facilities to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay.

The villa includes 3 full bathrooms with showers and an additional half bathroom with a sink and toilet, ensuring everyone’s comfort and privacy. For added accessibility, the bathroom in bedroom number 3 is specially designed for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges, so every member of the family can enjoy their stay.

Located in a vibrant community area, our project offers shared amenities including two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a jacuzzi, a children’s playground, a bonfire area, and private river access.

La Nonna Villa is just 5 minutes from town and only 800 meters from Rancho Baiguate, making it ideal for adventurous guests. Nearby activities include rope climbing, canoeing, horseback riding, and more.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this villa—it felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The property is quiet, safe, and has a “home away from home” vibe. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and the pictures really don’t do it justice. You get the perfect balance of fresh breezes and warm air, and the bedrooms all have AC, which was great.The hosts were wonderful—Ms. Ana was attentive and provided excellent suggestions for nearby areas of interest, and followed up thoughtfully. Carlos, the main caretaker, was quick to respond and accommodating. The common area with the pool and access to the river is just a short walk from the villa. It’s very well maintained, beautiful, and convenient, with shaded areas, chairs, and bathrooms.A few things to note: while the villa is close to the city in Jarabacoa, the surrounding area is quiet with little nearby. The colmado that delivers is extremely convenient, make sure to ask Carlos because there is a curfew of 10pm for deliveries. Also, there are quite a few mosquitoes at night, so definitely pack repellent! Additionally, there isn’t a radio, and the Wi-Fi is reliant, so bringing your own speakers for music is a good idea.I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Jarabacoa. It’s accommodating, secure, and perfect for a family getaway. The hosts clearly prioritize safety, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. I can say that I saw security making their rounds throughout the night.

Excellent place to enjoy nature

This place is awesome, in an excellent and quiet community and surrounded by nature. My family had a great weekend surrounded by nature and this cozy stay was the perfect place. Doña Ana is an amazing host too. We will definitely love to go back.

Relaxing getaway

Perfect spot close to the city and to the rivers at the same time, the rooms were comfortable and the wifi is faster than average places in Dominican Republic. The host was very attentive to our needs and cared quickly to them. The house is guarded by a community gate which relaxed us even more. I will return again. 10/10!
