The property is directly on the beach. It is rare to find a house that lives up to that expression. With direct access to the heavenly Billou Beach, and its white sands, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sauna with shower, for optimum comfort. The living room and the bedrooms have superb sea views.
The warm interior, made to measure by the owners, will make you feel at home. Yours hosts, who live here all year round, can provide bicycle, body boards, and a few wet suits (a small selection of combinations available to get in the water). For the wood-fire oven, we provide firewood. The house may not have luxury fittings, but it has plenty of warmth. The owner takes walks and hikes along the beach looking for pieces of driftwood and shellfish to bring, like gifts brought by the tide that are then assembled to make decorations giving this paradise a wonderful ambience. The times when these are available to sell depends on the tide and your inspiration. Enjoy every moment and the the gentle pleasures of life in Santec.

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement merveilleux en famille dans cette maison. Elle est non seulement belle, pratique et décorée avec goût, mais l’accueil de Mikael a aussi été parfait. Le vrai trésor, c’est son emplacement exceptionnel, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer qui change au rythme des marées : un spectacle permanent ! Tout est réuni sur place pour en profiter pleinement : le bar sur la plage, les spots de surf tout proches et une région splendide à découvrir. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !
