Beautiful detached villa (second line of the sea!) with a large plot (approx. 750m2) in Es Forti / Cala d'Or with sea view!
Bay with sea access directly opposite and to the romantic sandy beach Des Pou with chiringuito only 2 minutes on foot (honest distance!). Restaurants, supermarket, doctor etc. 4 minutes walk.
You can reach the stylish Marina Cala d'Or on foot in a relaxed 8-10 minutes.

The house has on the ground floor a large, open plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace with an electric grill and sitting area, perfect for a refreshing breakfast.
Spacious, very bright living room with dining area for 8 people and a cozy fireplace.
On this level you will find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom, each very modern.

The external stairs lead to the separate apartment on the upper floor with bedroom, also with air-condition, bathroom and spacious kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. Spacious terraces, partially covered - enjoy the great view with an aperitif.

The living room on the ground floor opens to the chic covered outdoor seating area by the own illuminated pool (approx. 7 * 4m). On the terrace there is also a modern, luxurious dining area for 8 people. The gas grill with paella pan invites you to cook together.

The beautiful garden includes lawn and great plants, from beautiful Mallorcan palm trees to cactus beds.

Our house is spacious, bright and cozy in a relaxed beach house style. The equipment is complete with e.g. WIFI, TV, Apple_TV, SONOS Bluetooth speaker, grill, etc.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, you won't need a car! No matter whether sea bay in front of the house or beautiful sandy beach barely 200 steps away with a very nice beach bar. Many restaurants / bars / ice cream parlors, supermarkets etc. in a family-friendly atmosphere can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The stylish Marina Cala d'Or with many restaurants is just 8-10 minutes away on foot, from there it goes seamlessly to the town center with other innumerable restaurants.
A tourist train almost leads from the house via the marina to the village, if you want to avoid the walk.

By car you are in less than 5 minutes in the beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro with a number of unusual restaurants.
Countless beaches, beautiful villages such as Santanyi and golf courses can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
Palma airport about 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: During low season November until April - many shops and restaurants are closed in the area so choice is very limited.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We visited as a family (with two 18- and 20-year-old boys and a 20-year-old girl), and it was perfect for us. The separate apartment above the main property provided a wonderful bit of privacy—ideal for families with older children, but it would also be fantastic for those with younger kids.The house and apartment are both equipped to a very high standard and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the detailed information sent prior to our stay was incredibly helpful.We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was exactly as it is in the pictures, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a home from home. The pool was perfect for a hot week in June (36), with a lovely patio area for al fresco dining. It’s a short walk into Cala Egos, approximately 5 minutes, and a short drive into Cala D’Or which has a large variety of bar’s, restaurants & shops. I cannot recommend this property enough, peaceful, modern, clean and all you could want to have a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Fabulous villa and great location

We have just returned home having had such a lovely holiday in this stunning villa. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with numerous options for eating, chilling and sunbathing around the property, we felt relaxed from day one. It’s a home from home, comfy beds, fluffy towels and a well fitted out kitchen with everything you need. 5 mins walk from all the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets in Cala Egos and the pretty cove of d’es Pou with lovely beach bar and friendly staff. There is an abundance of restaurants in Cala D’Or marina (beautiful Marina) and Cala D’Or town plus the small fishing port of Porto Petro is a must (we loved restaurant Norai). The little land train around the resort is great too. Great communication from the host, always super helpful plus property manager Lynn. We will definitely return! Thanks so much Keeley.

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Wonderful property and in great location. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Lynn the property manager greeted us with thoughtful food and refreshments for a late arrival. Would definitely recommend the property and short walk to the cove to watch the sunrise is a must.

Fabulous Villa

Just brilliant from start to finish. Communication with Keeley pre holiday was super easy and all information sent over regarding the villa and local area was really useful. We wanted a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun and the villa was perfect for us. Apart from being spacious, everywhere is tastefully designed and loads of handy additions made our stay even more pleasurable. The outdoor space gives plenty of different options to sit, eat, sunbathe with a fabulous garden. Lots to do outside of the villa, loved the nearest port, Calad’Or and Porto Petro for dinner, especially Norai. Also recommend the market at Santanyi on a Wednesday. We loved not having to rush to the supermarket when we arrived as all the the essential items such as milk, water etc were waiting for us as Lynn showed us around. Thanks so much for letting us use this beautiful and well appointed home, we would highly recommend to all.

Fantastic Holiday

The villa is in a fantastic location. A short walk to a rocky beach and a sandy beach with a bar. Local shops are good for provisions and the all important floaty chairs for the pool! The pool was bigger than we thought and the villa and apartment above are very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lynn was lovely and very quick to respond. She was waiting for us when we arrived (very late!) and provided a great welcome pack. It's a 20 min walk to the near side of the marina. Taxis are readily available and about €7 from Cala D'Or centre. Thoroughly recommended. We would love to go back one day. Thank you.

Amazing villa

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The views from the villa pool are amazing and we spent hours looking out to sea. We all enjoyed spending time in the pool as well as relaxing beside it. The villa is in a perfect location 5 minutes walk to Cala Egos or a 25 minute walk to the Marina. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We can’t wait to book again

Amazing Villa, perfect location

Well what can I say…This villa met and exceeded all of our expectations. It is a stunning villa, beautifully decorated and well maintained throughout and in an ideal location. The pool, seating areas and garden areas are perfect, and again are well maintained with super views out to the sea and we loved relaxing outside in the evening when we returned to the villa. There is a wonderful rear courtyard which was lovely and cool in the mornings to enjoy your breakfast. The villa is equipped with everything we would have wished for - if not more. We would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty local amenities all within an easy walking distance, or alternatively it is also very easily accessible to the beautiful marina and also the centre of Cala D’or. The location of the villa itself is perfect with the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance in Cala Egos which also hosts a lovely local craft market on a Thursday evening. Alternatively you can either walk or in our case opt to being very lazy and take a short taxi ride to the Marina or Cala D’or centre We loved our trips to the Marina and loved the Skyline Bar for the views across the Marina and (of course) the tasty cocktails 😉. We ate out every night with our favourite restaurants being Zocalo and Passion for Grilling (and the Chinese) all at the Marina. In Cala Egos Tony,s Gastrobar for their Tapas - which in our opinion we thought was the best overall for Tapas - having tried a few different restaurants throughout the resort. Overall - We had a fantastic family holiday and would love to return again. Very many thanks to Keeley for always being so responsive - both before arriving and during our holiday - and also for being so accommodating, she really did go above and beyond for us and we can’t thank her enough. Amazing

What can I say, this villa is just amazing and can highly recommend. Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a week and loved every minute, a true home from home with everything you could possibly need. We were celebrating big birthdays and Keeley had a bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us to help us celebrate. Brilliant communication with Keeley from start to finish and nothing was a problem. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and gardens beautifully maintained. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the upstairs apartment and this was sorted as soon as Keeley was made aware, engineers on site the next day. Brilliant location, beach and town centre less than 5 minutes from back door. No complaints and can’t wait to go back. Loved it!!

Amazing villa, amazing location!

Fantastic base to explore Cala d'Or. The villa is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. For food we would recommend Tony's for exceptional tapas, Porto Cari for fish, Bliss bar for cocktails, and if heading into Cala d'Or town, Cheeki Tiki for amazing cocktails and Restaurant Diferent. We are already planning to return with the family!

Loved our time at Casa Cala Roca

Good location, attractive, well-maintained property, and responsive management are key factors when we rent a vacation home: Casa Cala Roca is top notch for all three. Cala d’Or is a great location for families with activities and amenities to suit everyone. In our case, we had a car and chose to explore the island, including the fantastic views at Cape Formenter, the market in Arta, the Coves del Drac, as well as dozens of beautiful beaches up and down the coast. But we also ate out every night after a walk to either the marina or the popular center of Cala d’Or. We especially loved the great food and service at La Scala overlooking the marina and La Bodega in Cala d’Or. Keeley’s vacation home is comfortable, immaculate, and charmingly decorated and the outdoor spaces are gorgeous. The upstairs apartment was recently renovated and provides a lovely, private space for family members with a nice view of the water. This time, our group was too small to make use of it, but we’re sure to be back with more family! Finally, Keeley is a thoughtful, attentive hostess and extremely responsive, as is Lynn, the property manager. We were sad to leave, but know we’ll be back.
