der Inhaber der Finca ist sehr zuvorkommend; alles war einfach perfekt. Reisetipps: Ich verbringe die Ferien gerne im Südosten, da diese Gegend nicht so überfüllt ist.

Schönes Haus auf grossem Grundstück
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, tolle Lage. Einziges Problem ist Schimmelbildung, vor allen Dingen im Bad, die während des zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts deutlich zugenommen hat.

tolle Unterkunft, einfach aber...
tolle Unterkunft, einfach aber zweckmäßig, absolut ruhig gelegen, großer Pool wird jeden Tag vom Besitzer morgens diskret nachgeschaut und gereinigt. Sehr nette Besitzer, die einmal in der Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher wechseln. Wenn noch Spülmaschine und WLAN dazu kommen würden, wäre das top. Reisetipps: Markt in Santany, tolle Badestrände direkt zu erreichen

Tolle Alleinlage, schönes weit...
Tolle Alleinlage, schönes weitläufiges Grundstück, ideal für Naturliebhaber.Es gibt Schildkröten und Kaninchen im Garten und Pferde und Schafe in der direkten Nachbarschaft (Abwechslung für Kinder).Spazier– und Wandermöglichkeiten zur Cala Falconere, Cala Marmols, Cala s`Almonia. Schöner, nur zu Fuss oder mit dem Boot zugänglicher langer Küstenabschnitt, daher recht unberührt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell und unkompliziert alle Ziele im Süden der Insel.Der angekündigte "Gärtner" ist der Vermieter, der sehr freundlich ist, und täglich am frühen Vormittag zur Reinigung des Pools vorbei schaut.

Wer Ruhe sucht , ist hier genau richtig . Alles sehr gepflegt . Einrichtung ...einfach , aber ausreichend . Leider keine Gewürze in der Küche vorhanden.Defekte Kaffeekanne wurde noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am besten im Eroski inSantanyi . Kamin war zum feuern schon vorbereitet. Eigentümer war telefonisch leider nicht erreichbar Reisetipps: Cala S `Almonia, Naturschutzgebiet von Cala Mondrago, Traumhaft : Cala Figuera

Das Haus ist schön und sauber....
Das Haus ist schön und sauber. Es ist relativ zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das ein oder andere Küchenutensiel wäre schon wünschenswert. So z.B. Schneidebrettchen, Tablett, Licht über dem Arbeitsplatz ... Was aber auf jeden Fall fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage!!! Die Nächte waren sehr warm und an Schlaf – trotz Ventilatoren – nicht zu denken. In der Küche sollte man nichts Essbares stehen lassen. Die vorwitzigen kleinen Ameisen finden es. Ein Highlight ist der tolle, große Pool. Er wird jeden Morgen vom Hauseigentümer gereinigt, der bei dieser Gelegenheit gleich den Müll entsorgt. Der Mann ist sehr nett und man sieht ihn fast gar nicht.Eine Anregung zum Schluss: Durch das Fahrverbot an die nahegelegenen Buchten, wären Fahrräder wünschenswert. Es ist doch ein strammer Marsch von 30 min.(einfach), der auch am frühen Morgen schon recht anstrengend ist. Reisetipps: Das Städtchen Santanyi ist wunderschön und der dortige Markt einfach toll und absolut einen Besuch wert. Zu empfehlen ist an der Cala Santanyi das Cafe Drac, tolles Essen! Wir starteten alle Ausflüge schon Morgens und hatten keine Probleme mit Parkplätzen etc. So sollte man z.B. (in der Hochsaison) schon vor 10.00 Uhr am Cap Formentor sein. Ebenso beim Strandbesuch. Lieber gleich morgens ans Meer (viel weniger Leute und das Wasser ist sauberer) und den Nachmittag am Pool genießen.
