This well maintained and stylishly furnished villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 guests, the main living area is open plan, bright and spacious with a dining area, comfortable lounge (with air conditioning) and fully equipped modern kitchen. A covered terrace wraps around the villa and leads to a plot of 1600 m² enclosed land with garden, palm trees and glimpses of the sea shimmering through the vegetation. Within the garden is a large private pool, sun terrace and a cabana fully equipped with lounge furniture, built in-barbecue and dining area for enjoying meals outdoors. Finca Sa Torre de Santanyi is perfect for families/friends, just 350 meters to the beach and also ideally located for exploring the many beautiful beaches of the southeast coast including Cala Mondrago and Cala Llombards plus the pretty, rural and authentically Mallorcan town of Santanyi.
