From here you get to the spacious living room with two living areas and fireplace, the dining room with capacity for 20 people, the kitchen, a full bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and private terrace, two double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom and private terrace, boiler room and independent service area with bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, iron, drying rack and private garden.
From the patio, three independent stairs give way to different areas of the upper floor where there is a large terrace with porch and barbecue, two triple bedrooms and three double bedrooms as well as three bathrooms.
The entire house opens to the Mediterranean garden, which offers a perfect place to rest in the shade in any of its two well-kept living areas, or if you prefer, to bathe in the pool (with shower and toilet) or sunbathe in the solarium.
