Clean, good location, only for short stays

We stayed for 5 nights, I would not want to stay any longer. It is great for short stays. It's a bedroom with bathroom and balcony. It's clean, 2 mins from the beach. Restaurants etc on your door step. The balcony is needed. Downsides are Could do with a broom to sweep stuff up. (My wife tells me) Pegs to hang up towels There are no knives and forks for cutting rolls or buttering them

Appartement hÎtel TALAMANCA trÚs sûr évalué

Quand nous sommes arrivés le samedi 26 nov à 16h, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, à 17h toujours personne. Nous avons tambouriné à la porte extérieure et par chance la femme de ménage est descendue et nous a ouvert notre chambre. AprÚs un voyage fatiguant, nous souhaitions prendre une douche et ho surprise ; pas d'eau chaude... Je téléphone à l'agence HOMERTI, et aprÚs des difficultés pour se faire comprendre, on me dit qu'une intervention rapide est prévue....dans l'heure. Le soir toujours pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Le lendemain matin je téléphone directement à ABRITEL pour me plaindre, mon interlocuteur comprend mon mécontentement et essai de joindre HOMERTI sans succÚs, et enfin je vois arriver une camionnette HOMERTI, je descends pour leur passer la communication avec la personne d'ABRITEL et je comprends qu'ils viennent réparer la panne du cumulus, bref l'eau chaude est arrivée quelques heures aprÚs, donc le lendemain de notre arrivée. Dans la chambre nous avons constaté que le coffre dans le placard était inutilisable (serrure cassée) que les portes de placard ne coulissaient pas (bloquées) et nous avons dû acheter un balai et pelle car en allant se baigner nous ramenions un peu de sable et la poussiÚre s'accumulait. Donc nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits de cette location ABRITEL et l'appréciation globale de l'appart hÎtel TALAMANCA n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous.

Don't do it

Room is much smaller than pictured, it is dirty and noisy and has no facility. Shower has one tiny drop and toilet flush stucked so water keeps running. Bed was not made completely and communication with host was terrible IF we could get in contact.

Katastrophal durch und durch !

Unser Aufenthalt im HOSTAL TALAMANCA war die schlimmste Urlaubserfahrung die ich jemals gemacht habe. Der Check-In Vorgang war noch in Ordnung. Die Bilder der SchlĂŒsselboxen passten nicht zu den realen Gegebenheiten und es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dennoch konnten wir unsere "Ferienwohnung" leicht betreten. "Spartanisch" trifft das Zimmer sehr gut. 2 billige Betten nebeneinander gestellt, ein Klo und eine Dusche. Das wars. Auf den Betten lagen 2 Papier-dĂŒnne Decken die noch wichtig werden, aber zuerst zum Ferienort, Cala d'Or. In der Hauptsaison ist Cala d'Or sicher ein belebter Ort mit vielen GeschĂ€ften, Bars und Restaurants. In der Nebensaison Ă€hnelt das ganze aber eher einer Geisterstadt. Verwahrloste und verlassene GebĂ€ude soweit das Auge reicht. Lediglich 3 Restaurants, 4 GeschĂ€fte und ein kleiner Supermarkt waren geöffnet. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts waren es Nachts etwa 8 Grad. Was das Inserat uns nicht mitteilte war das die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer keine WĂ€rmepumpe hat, es war also unmöglich das Zimmer zu heizen. Zusammen mit den dĂŒnnen Decken wurde unsere erste Nacht der absolute Horror! Ein Anruf an die Notfallnummer wurde mit einer Bandansage beantwortet, worauf sich sich Stunden spĂ€ter ein Mitarbeiter per Mail meldete und erwĂ€hnte das es nicht möglich ist das Zimmer zu heizen. Nachdem ich zusĂ€tzlich zu alle dem noch schwarzen Schimmel in der Klimaanlage entdeckte ergriffen meine Frau und ich die Flucht. Ich forderte von der vermieteten Firma eine RĂŒckzahlung der FeWo-Kosten, oder zumindest eine Erstattung der restlichen Tage, mit Verweiß auf die unakzeptablen ZustĂ€nde. Seit dem ignoriert man mich. Weitere "Kleinigkeiten": - Zimmer sollte besenrein hinterlassen werden. Ein Besen war im Haus nicht aufzufinden. - Geschirr sollte gespĂŒlt hinterlassen werden. Es gab weder eine KĂŒche noch Geschirr im Haus. - Warmes Wasser gibt es fĂŒr etwa 4 Minuten pro Tag, wenn das Reservoir auf dem Dach (das sich etwa 12 Zimmer teilen) leer ist, dann war es das bis wieder die Sonne scheint. - Bettdecken hatten Flecken von denen ich nicht wissen will woher sie kommen. - Klimaanlage wurde nachtrĂ€glich mit einer "Ecosense" Fernbedienung ausgestattet, die dafĂŒr sorgt das der Mieter die Temperatur der Klimaanlage nicht verstellen kann. Wer es im Sommer also kĂ€lter als 24 Grad haben will, kann das in dieser FeWo vergessen. Wenn Ihr eine FeWo-Anzeige der Firma "Homerti" seht, lasst die Finger davon Freunde.
