This big country house is situated between Santanyí and Cala Santanyí on a marvellous big terraced plot.

It disposes of totally 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, different living areas, a small interior kitchen and a big, fully equipped outdoor kitchen next to the pool are. Four bedrooms, all with access to the covered terrace, and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. Another bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, with direct access to the spacious pool area with big sunbathing terrace and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and guest toilet. .

In a short drive of less than 1 kilometre you get to the village Santanyí, a traditional Majorcan town where you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island.

Sehr schöne Finca

Die Finca bietet richtig viel Platz für die Großfamilie oder Gruppen bis 10 Personen, es gibt genügend Rückzugorte, um auch mal etwas Ruhe zu haben. Durch die Outdoorküche ist ein Kochen im Haus überhaupt nicht notwendig Die Finca ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Inventar hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, ein Austausch einiger Möbel und der Küchenutensilien bzw. Geräte würde die Finca nochmals aufwerten.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Der herrliche Pool und das große Grundstück und damit auch die Abgrenzung zu den Nachbarn. Wenn die Türen (sowohl Eingangstür als auch die zum Schlafbereich als auch Bad), besonders in der Erdgeschosswohnung, schließen würden, wäre das sehr gut.

ein sehr schönes Haus, es fehlt nur bei Vollbelegung von 10 Leuten an größeren Töfpfen und Pfannen. Und es ist sehr schade, aber die Mücken waren eine sehr große Plage, sodass amn selbst nachts nicht die Fenster aufmachen konnte. Vielleicht gibt es Ideen für integrierte Mückenschutzvorhänge. Sonst war alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Finca - muy bien!

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Aussenküche und Pool sind prima. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer mit einem separaten Appartement auf Poolebene (wenn kleinere Kinder dabei sind, sehr von Vorteil). Schöne Terrasse mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Hier und da sind Kleinigkeiten defekt bzw. etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies könnte empfindliche Gäste stören. Für und hat es gepasst!

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Schwächen

Super schönes und großes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Kurze Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum und zur Cala Santany (ca. 2 km). Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal in dieser Finca (erstmals ca. 2016) weil es einfach super ist. Aber mittlerweile ist es abgewohnt - Mobilar inclusive Couch/Bezüge unverändert und roch z. T. unangenehm…im Bad Deckenfliese kaputt/ gefehlt und Licht dunkel. Geschirrspüler klapprig. Toaster ging defekt (aber sowas kann passieren). Kaffeemaschine verkalkt und dadurch dauerte es lange für 8 Personen Kaffee zu kochen. Fazit: Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Finca, aber einige Erneuerungen/Modernisierungen wären wünschenswert.

Super Lage und für mehrere Leute ideal. Die Betten und Kissen sind sauber aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Etwas bessere Kissen würden da schon einiges bringen. Des weiteren wäre es von Vorteil wenn vor Einzug der Besucher die Geräte überprüft werden... leider haben die Klimaanlagen zum Teil nicht funktioniert.

Große Finca in der Nähe schönster Strände

Es Recer ist eine große Finca mit großem Pool und viel schattigen Plätzen um zu entspannen. Wir nützten besonders die "Freiluft Küche", die sehr gut ausgestattet ist mit BBQ, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Abwaschbecken und großem Esstisch. Der Platz um den Pool ist großzügig, wir haben sogar Federball gespielt. Unterhalb der Finca ist ein Feld mit Olivenbäumen und Pflaumenbäumen (wir hatten die besten Pflaumen unseres Lebens). Wir hätten mehr richtige Doppelbetten erwartet, da man die Einzelbetten nicht zusammenschieben kann. Die Matrazen haben ausgedient. Die Sonnenliegen haben ausgedient. Uns sind 2 Mal die Sonnenschirme umgefallen, einmal auf mich drauf was ein bisschen schmerzhaft war. Und aufgrund der vielen Mücken, wären Mückennetze in den Fenstern angebracht. Google Map funktioniert nicht um Es Reser zu finden, es wäre gut, das bei der Anreiseinfo in rot zu vermerken. Beide Familien sind in eine andere kleine Straße gelotst worden wo man nicht leicht umdrehen konnte um wieder heraus zu kommen.
