Villa Es Ratolí is a welcoming Mallorcan-style home located in a peaceful residential area of Cala d’Or, just 150 meters from the exclusive marina with its promenade, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops.
Only 450 meters away is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in southeast Mallorca, offering restaurant, café, and shower facilities. Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda are also nearby. The center of Cala d’Or is just a 2-minute walk away.
Cala d’Or is a charming Mediterranean village of white houses, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent dining options, especially traditional grills and tapas restaurants.
The villa features a fully fenced private garden, private pool, and barbecue area. Spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
