Villa Es Ratolí is a welcoming Mallorcan-style home located in a peaceful residential area of Cala d’Or, just 150 meters from the exclusive marina with its promenade, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops.



Only 450 meters away is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in southeast Mallorca, offering restaurant, café, and shower facilities. Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda are also nearby. The center of Cala d’Or is just a 2-minute walk away.



Cala d’Or is a charming Mediterranean village of white houses, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent dining options, especially traditional grills and tapas restaurants.



The villa features a fully fenced private garden, private pool, and barbecue area. Spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.



On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with TV and pool views, and a dining area for all guests. This space opens onto a covered terrace by the pool and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. On-street parking is available in front of the house. Geweldig huis op een goede locatie

Pros: Het huis had een pracht zwembad, waar de kinderen iedere dag van hebben genoten. Het water was nog wat koud, dus de wetsuits waren een uitkomst. De host reageerde snel op de vragen die wij hadden en het probleem van het niet warme water uit de kraan, was binnen een half uur opgelost, zodat we een heerlijke warme douche hadden. Heel fijn dat het centrum met de winkels en restaurants op loopafstand zijn. Ook leuk om eens de haven rond te lopen, en de baaitjes te ontdekken. Er is een nieuwe grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Mocht je naar de markt in Santanyi willen. Zorg dan dat je er voor 10.00 uur bent en parkeer de auto bij de supermarkt. Daar kun je dan evt. bij terugkomst je boodschappen halen en van het toilet gebruik maken. Cons: Enige nadeel is dat het ietwat gehorig is. Vooral als er iemand al heel vroeg in de keuken gaat opruimen. Maar oordoppen verhielpen dat snel en de afspraak voor een bepaalde tijd, zachtjes te zijn. Verder geen problemen.

Das Haus war wunderbar. Auch bei Problemen war der Eigentümer schnell zur Stelle. Die Küche ist zum kochen toll eingerichtet.

Gut ausgestattete Villa an optimaler Lage

Pros: Die Nähe zu Cala d'Or ist toll, weil man ohne Auto zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants kommt. Die Villa ist gross genug für 8 Personen und ist grosszügig ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Badetücher etc. Cons: Der Pool war sehr kalt, wir haben ihn daher praktisch nicht genutzt. Eine Nacht lang konnten wir nicht alle Zimmer brauchen, da es reingeregnet hatte. Da hätten wir einen Rabatt erwartet, was wir aber nicht erhielten. Die Handwerker wurden aber umgehend aufgeboten.

Fantastisk beliggenhed til Marina og centrum. Huset er udemærket, det kan ses at det har lidt år på bagen. Meget lidt grønt areal, det er lidt sammenpresset det hele. Godt tilfreds sammenlagt.
