Semi-detached house by the sea, completely renovated and with stunning sea views. The house offers three bedrooms and a private pool in the Es Forti - Cala D'Or area of Mallorca. Direct access to the sea via the rocks.
The house is spread over two floors. The furnishings in neutral colors with accented pops of color give the interior a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen are decorated in a vintage style.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a pantry, which houses the washing machine and dryer. The dining room has access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The living area is very comfortable and has a reading nook; both offer access to the covered main terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms. One of these has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony with incredible sea views. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the garden.
The pool offers sea views, and the terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers. Access to the sea is via the rocks.
Important additional information:
The final cleaning fee is not included. It costs €140 and must be paid in cash during your stay.
Security deposit: €400 payable by credit card.
