Welcome to this fantastic villa with private pool and direct access to the sea, located in Cala d'Or. It can accommodate up to 12 people. The wonderful exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the main terrace you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 6m x 5m and a depth range of between 0.75m and 1.65 metres. If you prefer, you can swim in the sea thanks to the private and direct access through the lush and well-kept garden. Outside, there is also a porch, a barbecue area and several terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The well-kept and elegant interior of the 4-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On three of the floors you will find living rooms equipped with AC and Smart TV. The living room on the main floor also has a dining area, while the other two have access to two terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms spread over several floors, all of them with AC and heating. Three of them have double beds and also have en-suite bathrooms, two of them with shower and the other with shower and bathtub. The remaining three are equipped with two single beds. One of these also has an en suite bathroom with shower. A toilet completes the equipment of the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
Cala d'Or is one of the most spectacular destinations to spend your holidays on the island. The area has all the necessary services for your stay. In addition to the beauty of the typical buildings of the area, there are the paradisiacal coves around it, Cala Petita being the closest and which you can access directly from your accommodation, but without forgetting, for example, Cala d'Or itself, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Serena, as well as the impressive Mondragó Natural Park. There is also a golf course just 9 km away, known as Golf Vall d'Or, in case you want to spend a different kind of day.

Casa Ramon house
This is a super house in a great location - the outdoor area is great and having the sea at the end of the garden is the dream. It's a short walk to both the Port and the town and so very convenient. The house itself is great, but for the price, the furnishing and finishing is very basic and not high-end, and we expected a bit more comfort for the price of the property.
In addition we were disappointed that there was absolutely nothing in the property on arrival to help you settle in, no welcome pack, not a dish cloth or washing up liquid or even a couple of dishwasher tablets. It meant we had to buy absolutely everything for a week. There were also no pool towels, so we had to go and buy them for the trip, which was a bit rich when considering the cost of a week's stay. In addition the kitchen wasn't particularly well stocked - for example there were only 8 wine glasses
in a house that sleeps 10 people.
It's a great property - but the finishing touches were not there and we felt a bit short changed. The previous week we stayed in a house in Pollenca that was a third of the price and they had thoughtful touches everywhere. Dishwashing tablets, a few washing pods, salt and pepper in the kitchen, a few basics in the fridge and a welcome pack of basics on arrival, towels for the pool, a maid service half way through the week. Casa Ramon needs to up its game a bit for next season.
