Beautiful beachfront private villa with swimming pool in Cala d'Or

Our villa, named Es Canto, sits right on the charming Calo d'es Pou beach, with stunning views. It is a beautiful 3 storey villa, with 6.5 bedrooms which accommodates up to 12 adults, even 14 if needed, and 5.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. It has terraces in all three levels where you will enjoy the sun, the beach and the sea in full view. The villa has an 8,000 square feet garden with palm trees, rose bay plants, frangipani, and a private swimming pool (8x3m). It has a barbecuse outside. The villa is right on the beach. It is next to shops and restaurants and just 10 minutes walk from the Cala d'Or Marina, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. There are tennis and paddle tennis facilities 3 minutes away. There is golf available in Vall d'Or, on the way to Porto Colom (around 20 minutes away from Cala d'Or).
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Lovely Villa amazing location great holiday

The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos. Actually I thought it was better in person. The location is amazing. Only a few things to be made aware of that are not deal breakers but definitely worth a mention. The villa is located right in front of the beach public toilet which means you get a very strong smell of sewage throughout the villa until its emptied once a week from what we could work out. Its a pity but really not much anyone can do about that - unless the owner is able to complain to the council or something. The villa agents are lovely had good communication with them prior to arriving. We were desperate to put the outdoor ceiling fan on in the communal seating area on humid nights but for the life of all of us we could not locate a switch anywhere in the entire house. In the end we started to assume the wooden fan was an ornamental fixture rather than a working fan- LOL. It did give us hours of scratching our heads. In saying that the villa could do with some ceiling fans upstairs in the lounge and by the outdoor dining table as it gets super humid, or just some standing fans for the short term, but again is no deal breaker, the villa was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Great family house

We had a very enjoyable time staying here, very close to the beach and plenty of room although the bedrooms downstairs were a little musty as they got no sun. There was major construction happening over the road so noisy during the day if home. Easy walk to restaurants,beach and marina where we hired a boat for a day. No hand wash or soap on arrival but otherwise very comfortable.

Würden wir nicht noch mal buchen

Wir haben das Haus mit Freunden und Familie gebucht. Wir waren 10 Personen. Das Platzangebot ist super und bietet für jeden einen eigenen Schlafraum teilweise mit direkt Bad anbei. Die Zimmer im OG sind mit sehr schön Ausblick und die Bäder neu und nett modernisiert. Die Zimmer im unteren Teil sind jedoch eine Zumutung. Es riecht extrem, ist super feucht, Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Betten sind im gesamten Haus, sehr alte Draht Gestelle, Matratzen ok. Da das Haus direkt neben der öffentlichen Strandtoilette liegt hat man hiervon leider im eigenen Garten sehr viel. Es riecht dauerhaft nach Kloake. Das ist wirklich unangenehm. Der Pool ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und am Nachmittag hat man hier auch Sonne, ansonsten liegt das Haus den ganzen Tag im Schatten, nur auf der obersten Terrasse hat man die Möglichkeit in der Sonne zu sitzen. Das fanden wir sehr schade und ist auch so nirgends beschrieben. Allgemein müssen wir sagen, dass wir das Haus sehr unsauber vorgefunden haben, gerade im Wohn und Küchenbereich. Hier müsste auch Möbeltechnisch einiges gemacht werden. Leider eine Enttäuschung.

Lidt sure opstød.

Fin bolig. Det havde været dejligt om rengøringen havde åbnet døre og vinduer så vi ikke behøvede at få et dårligt indtryk fra starten. Dog var buroet hurtig til at komme og forklarede problemet. Efter et døgn med åbne døre og vinduer var lugten væk. Det var heller ikke ok at barnestolen var låst inde og vi fik dem først mandag efter at vi påtalte det. Heller ikke i orden at der ikke var gas til grillen men ingen en fin service fra buroet. Vi fik gasflaske hurtigt. Det virkede ikke helt til at de er vant til og udleje deres bolig. Beskidt grill og ingen børste til at høre den ren med. Mvh. Søren Kruse
