Oasis is a magical, small apartment for 2 people located above Cala Santanyi, in a small urbanisation. It is only 800 metres from the beach, and you can reach the picturesque white sandy beach with crystal-clear water via the access road to Cala Santanyí. Just a few minutes by car, you can experience further highlights of Mallorca. You can discover idyllic coves such as "Cala Sa Nau" or "Cala Llombards", or get to know "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean blue water.



In the town of Santanyí, approximately 3 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here, no wishes are left unfulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs here.



The Oasis apartment is located on the upper floor of a small house and is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed. The living area includes a cosy living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped and allows you to prepare your meals as you wish. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The apartment has no air conditioning, but fans are available in the bedroom and living area.



A spacious terrace with comfortable furniture is accessible from the living area and bedroom. Here, you can relax, enjoy the sun, and have your meals outdoors. The terrace offers you a private outdoor space to enjoy the warm days and mild evenings.



As a guest of Oasis, you also have access to a large communal pool, which is very suitable for swimming. The pool area is beautifully grown with palm trees and plants. Comfortable loungers are available in the right pool area. Here, you can cool down and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool is cleaned twice weekly.



The apartment offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the sea and is the perfect place to fully enjoy the beauty of Cala Santanyi bay. A dreamlike environment awaits you here, which will provide you with unforgettable memories. Parking is available on the street next to the building.



What is in the apartment?

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that it will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask.



IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
