Old wordly style Apartment ...

4th floor, old wordly style apartment 10 mins walk up the hill from Sardinero beach. Big roof terrace. TV with local stations. Wifi would be a good addition and bathroom upgrade. Communication with owner was good.

Lo bueno ,la situacion

Todo muy muy sucio, muebles antiguos y muy usados, sofas incomodos, se hunden, colchones incomodos, ropa de cama desastrosa, television con muy mal sonido, de los baños mejor no hablar de lo sucios que estan, lo mejor la terraza, amplitud del piso y situacion.

Lo mejor su ubicacion y la amplitud de las habitaciones, aunque todo bastante sucio y obsoleto, tv con descodificador tdt con los altavoces rotos, baños muy sucios, sofas antiguos y muy incomodos, la ropa de cama aunque supongo que limpia era bastante rustica, los colchones estaban bien, al menos los que utilizamos, cocina decente, puertas de la casa desconchadas, como el techo que esta rajado, buena terraza, en fin si es para hacer vida en la casa no lo aconsejo, si como nosotros la utilizas solo para dormir y ducharte puede valerte.

Buena situación del piso

El piso está situado a 400 metros de la playa cerca de la plaza de Italia, donde se encuentra El Casino de Santander. Con vistas bonitas. 4º Piso con ascensor y con derecho a plaza de garaje exterior. Tiene una terraza magnifica. Decoración clásica de los años 80s. Necesitaría algunas mejoras en cuanto a los electrodomésticos pero la cocina está bien equipada.

Piso sucio, viejo y desastrado (como mucho para 4)

Reservamos para 6 personas y había 4 camas con colchones viejos. Otra se sacaba de un armario y era un potro de tortura y la otra no existía. Ante mi petición de la sexta cama, el hombre que nos dio las llaves nos dijo que mi hija durmiera en el sofá. Le escribí solicitando la cama y nunca me contestó. Tuvimos que comprar un colchón hinchable y la niña durmió unos días en el suelo y otros con nosotros. Eso durante diez días. me parece muy poco profesional. Que no anuncien la casa para 6 si no caben. El piso olía fatal a humedad, estaba muy sucio, tenía pilares con grietas como si estuviera a punto de caerse y nos daba miedo. También había grietas en algunas zonas del techo y de la pared. Va a ser largo el mensaje porque los fallos son muchos. Las sábanas estaban sucias, con manchas. Las toallas de mano, muy pequeñas y viejas. La puerta del cuarto de baño se encontraba hinchada por la humedad. Las persianas tenían moho. La nevera perdía agua. Los sofás te dejaban la espalda baldada. Además, había una lámpara en medio del salón a una altura muy baja y te dabas constantemente en la cabeza al levantarte y sentarte. Adjuntaría fotos de todo si se pudiera. Lo único positivo es la ubicación muy cerca de El Sardinero (pero con una gran cuesta) y que dejaban productos de limpieza y el menaje de cocina (viejo, pero amplio). Dudo que volviera sobre todo porque mi familia no estuvo a gusto en un sitio que olía a polvo y parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento. Hasta compramos una alfombrilla de plástico para la bañera porque daba asco pisarla. En el baño hay esponjas y maquinillas de afeitar usadas. Muy sucio, la verdad.

Terraza con magníficas vistas y piso muy completo

Queríamos un piso en el centro del Sardinero y lo encontramos con creces. Cómodo, completo, con aparcamiento y un a terraza enorme para disfrutar del buen tiempo.
