Located just a few meters from the sea near Santa Teresa Gallura, in the enchanting north-western area of Sardinia, this 100 m² villa is ideal for relaxing beach holidays. The villa, accessible to people with disabilities, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The child-friendly holiday home also offers Wi-Fi, entertainment and television. The private outdoor area features a garden and a furnished covered terrace, perfect for quiet evenings and outdoor dining. The owners live on the property, but in a separate building. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés are about 100 meters away or a 5-minute drive (3 km) in the center of Santa Teresa Gallura, while the nearest beach, Spiaggia Santa Reparata, is only a 5-minute walk away (250 m). Olbia airport is about 70 km away and can be reached in about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
