Excellent sea view, private location in a very elegant residential area. From the sitting room and the big porch you can enjoy a beautiful panorama and amazing sunsets on the sea. Equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, outdoor granite shower with hot water, outdoor fireplace etc.)
