Rooms is very comfortable to sleep on, location is very accessible going to EK and Nuvali, and great to have their sports bar,you don't need anymore to go out and look for bars to chill and relax.. :) employees are very accommodating and friendly.
Another great hotel suited for every traveller. Superb suites, very clean and comfy. Just perfect for relaxation after a hectic day at the seminar. Also great for small business meetings, workshop and the like. Polite and friendly hotel staff and personnel. And how can I forget the delicious buffet breakfast? Hmmm, its a must try!
This is my first time to stay at El Cielito and my husband's fourth stay. He comes almost yearly to Santa Rosa, Laguna, and chose to stay here due to the great breakfast buffet and proximity to the area. However, I am writing specifically due to the incredible staff at this location. Without exception, everyone greeted us every single time we were in view - from when we walked in the door, to the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the maintenance men in the hallways. They were eager to please, eager to assist with whatever we needed. I especially want to make mention of a couple people in the restaurant that were "over the top" (in the very best way): Malou - excellent customer service....she is management material....not only focused on the individual customer, but was aware of everything that needed to take place with the staff, the food, no detail was left undone. I was sad to say goodbye! Also, Renzo, Ardrin (sp? sorry!) and Jessie were also very attentive while we were there. I will not hesitate in recommending this hotel, as well as booking our trip next year! Thanks for a fabulous stay!
Weekend gets to become more exciting at El Cielito coz of their breakfast. My family enjoys the meal, the warm service of the staff esp Ms Malou who never fails to make our visit always enjoyable. Thumbs up to EC!!!☺☺❤❤
We were a walk up for the hotel and managed to get 3 rooms, albeit at what I thought was a high rate for a hotel located where it is. The rooms are best described as basic, Iimited tv, poor wifi, basic amenities (no kettle in room as example) and a basic bathroom. There is aircon. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We found the rooms noisy too, thin walls meant minor noises could be clearly heard. The breakfast offering was very average, although the staff were attentive and would try to assist you.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. The hotel has a good restaurant serving great selection of food. There is also cakes, breads and pastries available.
We stayed here for two nights. We stayed in this hotel after we attended a reunion and family gathering. An outdated hotel and need some renovation. Location It’s in Sta Rosa. Near Enchanted Kingdom and Nuvali. Reception & Hotel’s Ambiance Fast check-in though when we arrived (which was after midnight), the staff was having problem with the credit card machine. Room & Bathroom Very outdated room. The hotel badly needs a renovation. The bathrooms are clean though the toiletries need to be requested. Breakfast In most (if not all) hotels in the Philippines, children below a certain age can stay free of charge in the room if no additional bed is requested. However, they usually charge for breakfast. In our case, since our son is 11 years old, we had to pay for his breakfast as adult price (P349 I think - I’ve lost my receipt and can’t remember the exact price). Restaurant There’s a note that no slippers and singlets allowed. Since this is not a fine-dining restaurant, I think it shouldn’t have this type of notice. Staff On our last day during breakfast, I noticed that the restaurant manager was really hardworking and kept on checking the food in the food warmers and the rest of the restaurant staff standing. A family came in for breakfast, and a staff (or an office manager because she’s been served for breakfast) while she’s eating her breakfast and no one else to attend that moment. She stood up and while chewing food, started talking (tough covering her mouth) and assisted family. My suggestion is, since there’s a waiting area, the staff (with food in her mouth) should approach the waiter and ask him to assist the family instead. For me, the scene looked unprofessional.
I highly recommend this hotel, all of their service are satisfying from the food (buffet), the enchanted kingdom package with shuttle service which is good for families, accommodating staffs and room.
Just a stone throw in our office ... Food is Good [Buffet] plus points ... The room is Clean and Big ... The Staffs are nice and polite ... Have a corporate discount [plus points] ... I recommend this hotel
when it comes to buying good quality bread this is the best place to go. they have healthy breads which is non-fat and sugar-free. they also have this best selling "Banana and Carrot Bread" which can satisfy your cravings! Chef Marlon's cakes and pastries are very luscious. More Power Ma'am Grace! God Bless!
