Property is well maintained. Friendly staff. The last time we stayed , the room was much cleaner. This time, not so much. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good lobby area set up. Does have a washer and dryer area for those staying a bit longer. Highly recommend a stay here.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. It has everything you need in a compact space. Housekeeping popped in & changed out towels, which is appreciated in a Florida hotel. Also, there is no carpet in the rooms! That's the very best to keep the musty Florida smell away! Breakfast was as expected, and the dining area was very clean.

The first room was not cleaned up yet. The second room was perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn’t really hot but there was a microwave. Hot coffee was provided all day. The staff were very friendly.
