The Sandpiper is a blissful, mid century, modern meets old Florida style, two-story townhouse, located in Seagrove Beach – the heart and soul of 30A. The home has been entirely renovated & all furniture & amenities are new. The property is a 7 minute walk from County Beach access One Seagrove. It is walkable to many restaurants, but set in a tranquil treehouse-esque environment with 2 pools, new tennis courts & walking trails leading to a state park. All supplies and amenities are included.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
