Come sink your toes in the soft, fine sand and watch the stunning sunsets on 30A/Destin beaches. This new build has tall ceilings, bright white walls, plenty of light coming through and beautifully designed for a warm, inviting atmosphere.
A designated workspace for remote workers and a place to enjoy your morning coffee. A comfortable couch to fit the whole family, a bedroom on the main floor for the guests who prefer no stairs, and a full kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware, coffee maker, etc. You can find everything you need for your trip.
The second floor consists of four bedrooms and a loft. In the master bedroom you can find a massage chair accessible to guests, and a bathroom attached with a full bath tub and a spacious shower.
Second bedroom has a queen bed with the convenience of a crib/changing table and blackout curtains.
Bathrooms are stocked with your basic bathroom amenities.
Enjoy a fully fenced in backyard equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, electric fireplace for easy turn on and turn off, and lots of room to run around and play!
Looking to break a sweat? Head to the garage for a private gym set up. A full size driveway for parking and available street parking as well.
We know you’ll want to enjoy the beach so we have made a beach wagon, cooler bag, beach blanket, and beach towels available for our guests.

A little extra love goes a long way
I would rate this stay an A+, however, there were a few things that made a difference for me like skid marks and stained walls. A little extra time to clean this would have made a difference for me. There are no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy our own brooms, etc to clean while we were there. Also, there are not TVs in the bedrooms, which again, makes a difference for me that may not matter to others. Overall, pretty good stay. Kitchen stocked and beautiful home.
