The living room also has a Queen Pullout Sleeper Sofa for additional guests, and the sliding glass doors open up to the private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee! Terrific apartment in a perfect location
The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything our family of 3 needed for a four-day stay. The location is perfect: walk out onto a beautiful beach, short walk to some shops and restaurants, short drive into town and grocery store.

The good and not so good
The condo was just as described online. The kitchen is well stocked and the master bedroom and bunk beds are comfortable. Close parking was easy to find. Communication with the property management was our only complaint. We received a text from property management around 345pm on the day of check-in. Check-in was at 4pm. Property management said the cleaning company was running about 30 mins behind and appreciated our understanding. Our GPS indicated we would not arrive until 430pm, which we relayed to the property management and asked if it would be okay to check-in at that time. We did not receive a reply. At 4pm we received a text stating Happy Check-In. We thought this meant we could now check-in. We arrived around 4:40pm to find the cleaning service still in the condo cleaning. We text the property management to ask when we would be able to get into the condo and we did not receive a response. Luckily we had family in another condo on the property whose condo was ready so we stayed in their condo for a little while. My husband finally walked over to our condo to see if the cleaning service was done. They were done and we still had not heard from the property management. The 2nd night we decided to use the pullout couch since you can’t see tv in the bunk beds. The pullout was broken. We reported but no one showed to fix. The night before checkout we received a text reminding us to checkout by 10am or be charged $200 yet we were delayed in checking in.
Everythjng was as the listing described. Clean, easy access to the beach. Loved the private beach area and location. I liked that the teenagers could bike to seaside but we were far enough away that it wasn’t as crowded.
