great location with perfect beach

We had a great stay. The house isn't big but worked fine for our family of five (three teens). It's priced similar to the surrounding mansions; the value is in the location and the perfect beach directly below the back patio. We easily walked into Seaside and the other neighborhoods. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to the management company: it's nice when everything just works. The bike tires had proper air, the grill had two portable propane tanks that were filled, the kitchen had all the right utensils, etc. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect in every way! Immaculately clean upon arrival. Every amenity! Pool and outdoor area were great and the view spectacular. Beach chair service was wonderful to have! This is a perfect house for beach vacay! We will be back to stay again!
