This spacious upstairs residence accommodates 10 guests and features a covered veranda overlooking the private backyard plunge pool and grilling area. Its prime location within the heart of Seagrove Beach provides guests with easy access to several local restaurant and shopping favorites, including the new Greenway Station and only a 6 minute drive to Seaside. Just a 3 minute stroll the 30A beaches, guests also receive complimentary beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (Mar 1 - Oct 30), and 4 cruiser beach bikes. The private pool can be heated upon request.*

You can select 1st or 2nd floor preference. once booked, please reach out to us directly to let us know. The listing picture is the 2nd floor. The 1st floor will NOT be rented separately during your stay.
