The Space:

Soft breezes from the Gulf drift across 30A as you step outside to the shaded paths of Seagrove Beach. Mornings can be spent sipping coffee on the private patio, while afternoons invite you to wander to the beach access just across the way for sand, sea, and sun. As the day winds down, you can gather for outdoor meals beneath the sky or ride the quiet streets on complimentary bikes, soaking in the relaxed rhythm of coastal life.



Sleeping arrangements

This spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and ease. On the first floor, the primary suite features a king bed with a private bath and shower, while a second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath with shower. Upstairs, one room holds two bunk beds with a private bath and shower, while another king bedroom includes a private bath with tub and shower combination.



Outdoor living

The patio is a welcoming place to relax, complete with outdoor dining space, a gas grill, and comfortable furniture for unwinding. Eight complimentary bikes and a 6-seater golf cart are provided, giving you easy ways to explore the local surroundings. Guests also have access to two community pools, one of which is seasonally heated, and a tennis court within the Grove by the Sea community.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept main living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking basics, wine glasses, and both K-Cup and drip coffee makers. Meals can be shared at home before heading out for an evening stroll, and a washer and dryer are available for convenience during longer stays.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches to enhance your stay, including a large Smart TV, flat screens throughout, high-speed WiFi, and board games for family fun. Beach essentials are provided to make days by the water simple and enjoyable. Safety features such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and exterior security cameras are in place, with self check-in available via a personalized door code and private entrance.

Andalusia beach access is directly across from the community entrance, offering easy access to the white sand and Gulf waters. The heated pool is available between October 31–January 1 and March 15–May 15.

NO OUTDOOR FIRES, FIRE PITS, OR CANDLES. Any violation results in immediate eviction without refund.



GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



Cancellation Policy:

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
