We have been going to 30a for 12 years. I have never been treated so horrible ( read reviews on bbb ) they’re a horrible company. Where to begin Sunday we arrived with elevator broken and on the 4th floor. My husband has an autoimmune disease that’s causes horrible joint pain. We arrived around 7pm so after multiple flights up stairs we settled in and said we would just deal with it next day as the sign said temporarily down for the elevator. Everyday I called or sent emails to management team never got a call back. But did get nasty emails. Idk who wants to go on vacation no matter what your health is and truck up 4 flights of stairs in 100 degree weather and call that a vacation. We ran into someone who’s father owns one of the condos the elevator had been out for 2 weeks and was never put in listing we would of never booked. We asked to be moved to a lower level anything to help. Was told no. So I called vrbo thank goodness for them as they told them you listed the elevator as an amenity so should be up and running. Was told it wasn’t their issue ( the management team) it was an HOA issue so at 11:30 on Thursday I get an email no call nothing an email saying we have until 1:00 pm to get out. 4 flights of stairs might I add with a husband who was in pain from his joints. They kicked us out ruined our vacation.this company is horrible Look them up they discriminated against my husband. Said they didn’t feel comfortable him being there any longer are you kidding me??
