Great Studio Condo Near Beach!

This studio condo was perfect for my wife and I. Very well done interior remodel with a classic 30A beach vibe. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach. Great balcony deck overlooking newly landscaped pool and pavilion area. Rene, the host, was always quick to respond to our requests and questions. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient Stay

Great place to stay! We’ve stayed in 5 different units in this building (we’ve been vacationing in Seagrove for 15 years!) and this is now high on the list! A few of my favorite pros: plenty of bath towels, comfy bed, the dehumidifier, and 2 beach chairs. Cons: the AC reset to 75 degrees early each morning so we woke up hot, and you can hear the folks walking around above you. We will definitely keep it on the list to revisit in the future!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we truly enjoyed our stay. Every thing inside the studio felt new and well maintained. Our tiny family of four (kids are five and three years old) had the perfect amount of space and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Rene is a wonderful host who gave thorough instructions and lots of great restaurant recommendations. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was never crowded, and we never had trouble finding a space to park. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or young family looking to vacation on 30A.
