Well, at ours they can safely run up to the house in 3 minutes, never cross busy 30A, grab a snack and be back down with the family in 10 minutes! Our extensive 9-month whole house renovation is complete, and our home is immaculate! From August we go to a 4-night minimum until mid-October and 3-night minimum from then on through the winter months to encourage long weekend stays. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with Bosch appliances, a double oven, a gas range, and a central island with a built-in sink and microwave drawer. The adjacent dining area includes a spacious dining table and a large island with additional seating—perfect for entertaining or casual family meals. We have also added a 120-pound daily ice machine so you can top off your beach cooler and we provide a large Gorilla beach wagon to boot!

Due to such limited parking, our community does not allow golf carts. You can rent a three-wheel tricycle for elderly guests and have it delivered and Yolo & Big Fish will deliver regular bikes right to the house at 10% discounted rates. We have several great restaurants within 10 minutes-walk and then you can indulge freely!

A Wonderful Family Escape

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house .The location is great - just a short walk to the beach . The house itself is newly remodeled and spotless with modern finishes and welcoming well .The owner is very caring and responsive , checking in to make sure we had everything we needed .The neighborhood is peaceful but still close to great restaurants and shops .We would not hesitate to return .Highly recommend .

Love this house! I also appreciated that it was stocked with basic necessities like paper towels, paper plates, dishwasher pods, etc. Made the first day so much easier. The only confusion was first arriving - the address directs you to the owners entrance and for someone new to the area, finding the right entrance was not easy, but after we figured it out, we were good. Homeowners were awesome and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

I have stayed in two other homes in this neighborhood and Brown Eyed Girl does not deserve a 5 star review. Primary bedroom has a window a/c, really. Kitchens pots and pans look like they were bought at yard sales and the people that rent the beach chairs were very rude and wanted a large tip each day if I wanted to be on the front row by the water. each day

Awesome experience and stay

We stayed for a week. The hosts are very responsive and provided great suggestions prior to the stay. It was great to have our dog with us. The location is fantastic, short walk to the beach and great for bike riding. The house is set up well for a family and is comfortable. We will be staying at this one again. Five stars from us!

Perfect Family Vacation

Wow. Don’t know where to start. This was by far our favorite rental in all the years coming down. Clean, spacious, kitchen perfectly stocked, comfy beds, perfect location. The owner even had a large box of pastries delivered the first morning. House is on a quiet Normal Rockwell like street, absolutely beautiful. This will be our go-to rental for all future vacations. The house was great and close to the beach. The walk wasn't far at all. The owner was very helpful and organized. His tips helped us be prepared and get organized before ever arriving for our stay. The first morning they left muffins for us. We would stay again!

Peaceful and well-shaded location. Donuts delivered were an extra and lovely surprise. Able to bike most places albeit sidewalks can be crowded. Kids loved both pools and they were well maintained and heated. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

This was our first time in the Seaside area and we would definitely return and stay here again. Brown Eyed girl is located in such a great neighborhood, quiet, safe, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. It is far enough from the square where we could bike easily, but could also stay away from the crowds if we wanted to. The teens were able to bike to friends in Seaside and Alys Beach without us having to worry. Even our pup had a great time and was so happy to be able to join us.
