On the second level, start your day next to the splash pool, with seating that says stay a while. The covered dining area is made for seafood boils and charcuterie spreads, and adjacent to the pool? Sneak off to the outdoor fireplace nook with a glass of wine and zero responsibilities. Also allowable.

Downstairs? That’s where the party lives. The covered hangout zone includes a big-screen TV, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, and mini fridge. Rain can't ruin the vibe here. This space is ready for movie nights, game-day snacks, and second helpings.

We’ve packed the kitchen with all the extras: crockpot, Instant Pot, rice cooker, waffle maker, you name it. There’s also a stash of games, puzzles, and beach chairs, so the good times pretty much plan themselves.
