Great place! Great host!

Spring break - just mom and daughters. Perfect location right between Rosemary and Seaside so not too crowded but close enough to both to have the best of both worlds. Being so close to the beach was really great. Host was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would recommend and return!

Family Stay

We came with our teenage daughters to the property for spring break and the property was perfect for our needs. We have been coming to 30A for 18 years and we love to stay in Seagrove. The condo is super close to the beach and the view was spectacular! The location was excellent in that the girls could easily bike to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach to meet up with friends but we prefer to stay somewhere that is not crowded. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the deck is a perfect place to have morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunset. It was a lovely week and I would definetly stay at this property again.

We’ve been visiting the Seaside area for years and chose this unit based on price and proximity to the beach and both were amazing!!! The kitchen was very well stocked, the rooms were larger than we anticipated, furniture comfortable. We will definitely consider this unit for our trip next year!
