This condo is absolutely adorable! You truly feel like you have your own cottage on the beach due to its sweet decor and shiplap walls. The attention to detail was not missed. Great room darkening curtains made sleeping in easier. Location was so easy to get down to the beach or to your car. The gym facility was clean and well stocked. The pool was sparkling. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably the most adorable, gorgeously decorated place at the beach I’ve ever stayed in! Loved the location, loved all the cute furnishings…and I was so pleased to see that all of the kitchen appliances, pots/pans, skillets, etc were brand new and high quality. So thankful also for the text communication at all the right times with needed info like room codes, check out instructions, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!

We take an annual girls trip to 30A and this is the first time we've stayed at One Seagrove Place. We absolutely loved the condo! We will definitely be back to stay in this specific unit. It was wonderfully decorated. The location is fabulous. Honestly the only setback was the description for this unit states it sleeps 6, utilizing a pull-out couch, but the couch does not pull-out. We simply bought an inexpensive twin blow up from and it worked perfect in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the ice maker was a huge plus! We can't wait until our trip next year! We'll for sure be returning to stay in this unit.
