Fantastic Home in Naturewalk

We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and have had all good experiences but this has been the best. Laureen goes above and beyond as a host and is very accessible. There was an issue with the pool heat on our way into town and she brought it to our attention and had it resolved within hours despite it being a holiday week. The in neighborhood host was a nice touch as well and would be a huge benefit for guests not familiar with the area. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen with multiple coffee and other small appliances that we typically don’t find in other rentals) as well as beach towels which we appreciated not having to pack. We highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed!

Best vacation ever

Absolutely beautiful beach home that pictures did not do it justice. Over the top “customer service” and warm welcome from Laureen and her property manager. Well worth the money spent and we cannot wait to go back. We brought very little from home and the check in/out process was effortless. Laureen checked in with us immediately after booking, in preparation for our stay and throughout the week. The private pool and golf cart ride to the beach may have been our son’s favorite part. We hope this becomes our summer spot for years to come and any others questioning whether this is the property to book, here’s your answer…. ❤️

Beautiful Home Away From Home!

From the moment we arrived and walked in the door we knew this was a home designed for families like ours. Spacious rooms, lovely design and decor, fabulous in ground pool with a resort like setting and all the amenities needed to enjoy our week here. Laureen was so communicative and friendly, also answering questions, providing suggestions and offering an additional item we had asked about and she lent us hers. ( beach wagon, so we wouldn’t have to bring ours) Ruthie was a delight and also offered her assistance with advice about the area. We felt that Laureen had personalized everything specifically for us and made us feel so welcome.😊 We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this awesome home to others, especially families. Thanks to Laureen for providing such a wonderful space for us to make memories and enjoy our family time!❤️ #bestbeachhouse

Fantastic Home in Naturewalk

We have now stayed at SeaDreamer twice and could not be happier with that decision. Our experience has been nothing less than perfection both times. The home is beautiful incredibly well stocked and immaculate. By far our favorite home we have rented on 30A. Owners are pleasant, responsive and considerate. Five star stay all around!

Glorious stay on 30A

I’ve rented many homes on VRBO. Hands down this one was the best. We all rate it as a 5+. Starting off with Laureen. Just the right amount of communication. I asked about the area and she sent me info. Greetings with my favorite cake. She thought of every detail in the house, the golf cart, bikes, Pickleball and every imaginable pool toy. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully stocked. The location was perfect. 30A is spectacular. The beach was close and stunning. Never crowded. Great vacation. We will be back.

Perfect Place

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, I didn’t feel like I needed to Clorox everything down before we unpacked. Laureen was extremely easy to reach the one time we had an issue with the television. The pool was a game changer, the weather was too chilly to stay on the beach. The kids played in the heated pool as we enjoyed getting sun. We will definitely consider renting this house again!

Fabulous Time & Excellent Experience with Owner

From the time of booking to the very end of our stay, the owner was in regular contact asking if we needed extra bikes, etc., she sent a lovely handwritten note with a package of brochures with restaurants, shopping, things to do in the area which made our planning time much easier and enjoyable. Her home is lovely, and has a well stocked kitchen of everyday items, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and serving dishes. Any question we had was answered immediately. I enjoyed developing a warm relationship with the owner following booking right on through the refunding of deposit. She was open and kind about our two broken wine glasses, adding “we must have had a good time” and, WE DID! I highly recommend booking Sea Dreamer for your next relaxed vacation! Owner is terrific to work with! Thank you, L!!

No Detail Left Unturned

We had the BEST time staying at this most amazing house! It had everything we needed and just beautifully designed. Came for the beaches and location but loved the house and pool more!!! It was perfect...every morning we loved sitting on the back porch watching morning shows, cooking breakfast on the grill, while kids swam in the pool. When we went to the beach...if we forgot to pack something, no worries...the house had all we would need (chairs, toys, umbrella's, and more). It was a perfect place to make memories! Our day would end by the firepit. Can't go wrong here! We will be back!!!

Absolute perfection

I cannot say enough about this gorgeous home. The owner has thought of everything and our stay was perfect from start to finish. The house is gorgeous and decorated beautifully. The pool and backyard are amazing and we sat by the fire pit, cooked out on grill, had corn hole tournaments, lounged by the pool and ate on the screened porch while watching a movie too! Easy access to everything, beach, pool, grocery store, restaurants etc. We took the golf cart to the beach at midnight to watch the meteorite showers and made lots of great memories. It was our first trip to the 30A area, and we would most definitely rent this home again if we return. A+++

Perfect Family Vacation House!

LOVED this house! And the pool, porches, neighborhood, golf cart, beaches, towns, trails, and lakes! The house was spotless (would give a 6 for cleanliness if we could), and property owner thought of everything, from bikes to beach toys and towels. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the porches were one of our favorite parts. We used all of them often, and even watched a movie on the TV on the back screened in porch. The location was close to everything, but yet seemed so secluded because of the beautiful forest behind the house. Most things to do were so close we used the golf cart to get anywhere. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation home for our family of eight

This home is beautifully appointed & the homeowner had thought of every detail. In addition to the basics promised, we had access to four beach chairs, floats for the pool & beach towels. The main living area is actually larger than it appears in the photograph. The homeowner, Laureen responded quickly to my every question, she was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect Seaside Escape

My family spent a wonderful week at SeaDreamer 30a. The home is immaculate and located in a great neighborhood, close to the beach and the beautiful neighborhoods of watercolor and seaside. The golf cart and bikes are an added convenience. The home owner is very accommodating and friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we booked. She was available to help with anything we needed during our stay. The home’s beautiful new pool was the perfect size and great to cool off after our long days on the beach. The home has every amenity we needed during our stay. We had so much fun at SeaDreamer and will definitely be staying here again!

Exactly what we needed!

After a long hiatus from vacationing, we couldn’t have been more excited about our trip down to 30A. From the start, the home owner Laureen was amazing with her communications in preparation for our trip. And the house fully lived up to all our expectations - beautifully decorated and fully equipped, The porches and pool were amazing - plenty of space inside and out. And the bikes and golf cart made outings to the beach and local restaurants an easy adventure. We hope to go again and would highly recommend!

The perfect vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. Check in and communication couldn’t have been easier. The pool was amazing and had a sun shelf area with an umbrella that was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old kids. There are also some safety features keeping kids from accessing the pool on their own. The home has a large staircase and tall beds (mostly saying this as an FYI for those with small children), but there are a couple baby gates available that fit the bedroom doors. The golf cart was super fun for quick rides around the area, to the grocery store, or to restaurants in Seaside and Watercolor. We also took our car to visit the other towns along 30a (at most a 20-25 minute drive depending on how far we went). We truly had an unforgettable vacation and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Labor Day with Nana

We were at this property for the week of July 4th and absolutely loved it! So we came back for a long Labor Day weekend and brought my 73 year old mother. And she loved it too! Only issue we had was with the complex TV in the living room and the golf cart steering needs to be balanced still.

Fantastic home for family vacation

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! As always, we were somewhat skeptical about how the property would actually look versus the online description and photos, but everything was just as described if not better. A very roomy house with plenty of separate areas to allow for privacy if you want or need. Impeccably clean and well outfitted for multiple guests. We worried that five adults and our young kids would be all over one another, but the two porches and the upstairs sitting area gave us more space than we expected. The three porches are all screened so there was no issue with insects, and the souble doors at the front and rear could easily be left open when the weather is cool to enjoy breezes. The included golf cart was an amazing addition! We barely used our cars the while week save to drive to a movie. Easy access to nearly everything you’d want or need, and the community was quiet and friendly. Lots of kids of all ages, so it’s very safe and accommodating for any family. Everything was a breeze from reserving to check-in and check out. Communication was great! We got access codes texted just before we arrived and got right in. We were at the beach 30 minutes later. Best family vacation yet in large part due to this wonderful home!
