**The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!**

THE SPACE:

Unwind in our peaceful, coastal condo, featuring a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open layout and coastal blue accents provide a cozy, refreshing feel, while the views of the nearby pool add a touch of charm. With easy access to the patio, grill area, and pool, this condo combines convenience with relaxation.

The guests will have full private access to the property.

HOUSE RULES:

No Pets: Per the HOA, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.

Respectful Conduct: Please treat our property with care and report any issues promptly.

No Parties or Events: Our condo is intended as a peaceful retreat.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a tranquil setting, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided; unreturned passes are subject to a $50 replacement fee.

Minimum Age: The minimum age to book is 21, and the booking guest must be present during the stay.


We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
