For your convenience, there is a storage closet on the ground floor in the parking area where you can keep beach/pool items! This makes your beach and pool days even easier.

With a stay in Gulf Place you have access to 3 pools (2 heated seasonally) and so much more! For beach days, just take a few minutes walk across 30A and you'll have your toes in the sand. Right across the street is your private deeded beach access for Gulf Place. There are so many options for dining, entertainment and shopping everywhere you walk. Not to mention, you can easily hop on a bike and head down 30A to explore all of South Walton's unique beach communities.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunks.
Bedroom 2 and Bunk Room share hallway bath tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

It's all there in one corner of 30A and 393. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
